Savory Grain Bowl with Yogurt Dill Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Kite Hill Plain Unsweetened Yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Layer cooked farro in a bowl with your favorite seasonal veggies. Top with micro greens, pickled radish, sunflower seeds and a generous dollop of yogurt sauce. Leftovers last in the fridge for a week.
