 - 2 tablespoons micro greens
 - 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds (optional)
 - thinly sliced pickled red onion, for garnish (optional)
 - 2/3 cup Kite Hill Plain Unsweetened Original Yogurt
 - 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
