Morning Sunshine Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup Kite Hill Original Plain Unsweetened yogurt (or 1, 5.3oz tub)
1 cup fresh or frozen peach chunks
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 banana
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp fresh turmeric or 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 cup plant milk of your choice, more or less for to achieve desired consistency
Syrup or agave, to taste
Method
Step 1.
If using fresh fruit, chop into bite-sized chunks.
Step 2.
Place yogurt, orange juice and milk into a blender. Add all other ingredients
Step 3.
Blend until smooth. Add more milk for thinner consistency.
Step 4.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
