YIELD: 1 12oz smoothie

Ingredients
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon agave syrup
1 5.3oz container Kite Hill blueberry almond milk yogurt
1/2 cup mixed blueberries and blackberries
1/2 teaspoon spirulina
2 tablespoons flax seeds
1 cup mixed red berries, such as strawberries and raspberries
1 tablespoon slice almonds
Method
Step 1.
Make the chia pudding by combining chia seeds, almond milk, and agave syrup in a jar and stirring until combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step 2.
In a blender, blend red berries until a puree has formed. Pour into the bottom of a glass or jar.
Step 3.
Blend blueberries, blackberries, Kite Hill blueberry yogurt, flax seeds, and spirulina until combined. Add ice, if desired. Slowly pour into smoothie glass, forming the second layer.
Step 4.
Add chia pudding as the last layer by the spoonful.
Step 5.
Top with fresh or frozen berries and sliced almonds, for garnish.
