Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and spray/line an 8x8 baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients and in a small bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until well combined; fold in the chocolate chips/chunks.
  4. Pour batter into the pan and top with additional chocolate (optional.)
  5. Bake for 45 minutes and allow it to cool for at least 5 minutes before storing in the fridge. Enjoy!
