Coconut Pineapple Baked Oatmeal

This protein-packed, gluten-free recipe combining our almond milk yogurt with ALOHA protein powder was originally created by @cultivatewithkruti as part of our partnership with Aloha Proteins. Follow along with Kruti on Instagram to see more healthy, everyday recipes.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine oatmeal, protein powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and sea salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add in yogurt, milk, chia or flax eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla, and combine well.
  4. Toss in pineapple and coconut and mix.
  5. Pour mixture into a baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes.
