Curried Chickpea Salad Wrap

Instructions

  1. Into a medium mixing bowl, pour the chickpeas. Mash about 3/4 of them with a fork, and add the yogurt, onions, celery, radishes, almonds, lemon juice and spices. Toss together until well combined. To serve, place a generous scoop of chickpea salad onto a wrap, add a little lettuce, and roll up to enjoy.
